In order to achieve best results, teaching should be 100% practical. If learning how to sell, the student should be selling in front of a real customer. What is taught, must be applied. The role of the teacher is to be a curator of experiences that show, rather than just tell.

Matija is a professor of the practice, which means he is focused on teaching and developing new pedagogical methodologies for his research. He conducted numerous teacher training seminars and wrote the guidelines for business mentorship in Slovenia. As a curriculum designer he works in the field of career development, business and training skills for the future.
